Kim Garland, Ph.D. LMHC

Kim Garland, PhD attended the University of Denver and then earned a Master’s degree with honors in Community Counseling and a Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from Saint Mary’s University.

Dr. Garland’s diverse background, which includes interests in business and athletics, is a reflection of her personal philosophy: life is dynamic and change is inevitable, even critical.

She thrives where communication is crucial and has proven success at building relationships and engendering trust. She asserts that only you are the expert of your life; her role is as a collaborator, assisting and supporting you on your journey. As your transitions unfold, her gift is to perceive and present new possibilities that might not otherwise be observed by someone working through them alone.
