Jessica Lazaro, LMHC

Jessica Lazaro is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received her Master’s degree from Antioch University Seattle and is currently finishing the requirements for her doctoral degree (PsyD in Clinical Psychology). Her APPIC-approved doctoral internship was completed at Ryther Child Center in Seattle, WA. Prior to graduate school, Jessica completed her Bachelor’s in Human Services at Western Washington University.

Jessica has experience with a variety of clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds including children, adolescents, and adults. Jessica has clinical experience working in an inpatient psychiatric unit, therapeutic day school, group practice, and community mental health settings. Working holistically, Jessica believes in coordinating with other medical and healing professionals to tackle issues as part of a treatment team. Therapeutically, Jessica draws from theories that are rooted in mindfulness, CBT, Narrative, Relational, and Family Systems perspectives.
