Cami Ostman, LMFT

Cami Ostman, LMFT is a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in coaching individuals, couples, and families in making positive changes that enrich their lives. Cami has fifteen years of experience supporting her clients in overcoming anxiety, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and reaching for higher levels of satisfaction and potential. She utilizes family systems and narrative therapies as well as mindfulness skills to help people move through the healing process so they can create happier relationships and lives.

Cami enjoys working with adolescents and their parents to resolve misunderstandings and conflicts. As a family therapist, Cami explores family-of-origin issues with her clients, but she also utilizes Neurolingustic Programming techniques and cognitive behavioral interventions to support clients in meeting their goals. Her approach is warm and client-centered, focusing on creating a trusting environment where collaboration and respect are paramount.
